SWC Lunch & Guided Tour of New Bedford Mansion

Important: This meeting will be on the 1st Friday of the month in New Bedford.
Carpooling from Marion Village is encouraged.
Program: Rotch-Jones-Duff House Guided Tour
A tour of the New Bedford, Greek Revival mansion dressed in Christmas splendor led by knowledgeable docents. The mansion was built in 1834 for the whaling merchant, William Rotch, Jr. We will enjoy lunch in one of New Bedford’s nearby restaurants.
The Sippican Woman’s Club programs are normally held on the second Friday of the month
(September through March) at 12:30 PM and offer a finger-food luncheon, superb programs and opportunities to meet and enjoy the company of other women.
Dues are $20 (Half year January to April, $10.)
Member duties:
To pay annual dues by July 1 for upcoming Club year;
To provide food and to serve at a monthly meeting;
To financially support, at a predesignated level, Club fundraisers, which may include the purchase of tickets and/or a donation;
To actively participate in fundraising events and programs, or arrange for an alternate to fulfill the obligation.
